What we found

Every item below was checked against your live site on 16 September 2026, using both a direct fetch and a real browser. Nothing here is an estimate.

  1. No referral pathway for support coordinators

We searched your homepage for “support coordinator”, “referral” and “refer” and found no matches. Coordinators and LACs are the main source of plan management referrals, and right now they have to use the same enquiry form as a participant. This is the commercial gap, and it is the one worth fixing first.

  2. A grammar error in the text Google shows

Your meta description reads “we works with your service provider of choice”. That is the sentence under your name in every Google result, and it repeats in the preview whenever anyone shares your link.

  3. Link previews show a favicon instead of an image

Your og:image tag points at favicon.png at 256x256. When a coordinator shares your site by email or in a group chat, the preview renders as a tiny icon. The standard is 1200x630.

  4. No schema markup at all

Zero structured data on the site. Search engines and AI assistants have nothing machine-readable telling them you are a plan manager in Springvale. You also have an FAQ page with no FAQ schema on it.

  5. Nothing published about turnaround or hours

Plan management is won on invoice turnaround. Yours is not stated anywhere, and neither are your opening hours. The copyright still reads 2022.

What we would deliver

Each item traces back to something in the list above. There is nothing in here that we did not find a reason for.

A support coordinator referral pathway

A dedicated page, a referral form built for coordinators rather than participants, bulk referral capability, and a direct line that does not go through the general queue.

Full site rebuild, up to 6 pages

Home, how it works, for coordinators, about, FAQ and contact. Built mobile first, fast, and accessible to WCAG AA.

Every technical fix from the audit

Meta description rewritten, og: tags corrected including a real 1200x630 preview image, duplicate H1 resolved, robots.txt fixed, copyright updated.

LocalBusiness and FAQPage schema

Your address, phone, registration ID and FAQ answers marked up so they can surface directly in search and AI results.

Turnaround times and hours published

Your actual figures, stated plainly, in the place people look for them.

Google Business Profile rebuild

Description, categories, services, attributes, hours, a photo shoot list and a review process your team can actually run.

Fixed price. Not hourly, and not a monthly commitment you have to sign up to before you have seen anything.
