NDIS Provider, Springvale Road
We looked at extraordinarysupport.com.au on 16 September and rebuilt your homepage so you can see the difference rather than read about it.
See the rebuilt homepage →Every item below was checked against your live site on 16 September 2026, using both a direct fetch and a real browser. Nothing here is an estimate.
That is the full text of the description tag on your site. It is what Google shows underneath your business name in search results, where a description of your service should be. It has almost certainly been there since the site was built.
We checked in a real browser: zero forms and zero input fields. A participant, a family member or a support coordinator has no way to send you an enquiry from your website.
Zero tel: links across the page. Both numbers are plain text, so someone on a phone has to select and copy the digits instead of tapping to call. That is the exact moment most people give up.
Your site is extraordinarysupport.com.au and your published email is info@extraordinarysupport.com. To a coordinator sending a referral, that reads as a mistake.
Your title tag is just “Extraordinary Support”, with no mention of NDIS or Springvale. Zero Open Graph tags, zero schema, and robots.txt and sitemap.xml both return 404.
Each item traces back to something in the list above. There is nothing in here that we did not find a reason for.
Built for participants, families and support coordinators, with the fields you actually need, and routed so nothing sits unanswered.
Phone, email and address as proper links, with one primary number clearly marked.
Home, services, how to start, about, FAQ and contact. Mobile first, fast, accessible to WCAG AA.
A real title and description, Open Graph and Twitter tags with a 1200x630 preview image, canonical tags, and the /en duplication resolved.
Your address, phone, services and service area marked up for search and AI assistants.
Built correctly for a multilingual site so the right pages get indexed.
Description, categories, services, language attributes, a photo shoot list and a review process.
Fixed price. Not hourly, and not a monthly commitment you have to sign up to before you have seen anything.
