Registered NDIS Provider, Springvale
We looked at capablecareservices.com.au on 16 September and rebuilt your homepage. Yours is the strongest site of the five Springvale providers we reviewed, so this is a shorter list than most.
See the rebuilt homepage →Every item below was checked against your live site on 16 September 2026, using both a direct fetch and a real browser. Nothing here is an estimate.
Measured in a real browser. Nearly three quarters of your images are invisible to a screen reader. On a disability services site this is the gap your own audience experiences directly, and the one an NDIS auditor would look at first.
One of your H1 tags reads “Culturally Competant Care”. It should be “Competent”, and it sits in a top-level heading on your homepage.
“Daily living assistance”, “Culturally Competant Care”, “Transport Assistance” and “Important Scam Alert” are all H1s. A page should have one, and your scam alert should be an alert region that screen readers announce, not a heading competing with your services.
It reads “Ethical. Consistent. Care.” That is your tagline. Google gives you 140 to 160 characters to explain what you do, where, and for whom.
infocapablecareservices@gmail.com is published next to contact@capablecareservices.com.au. For a registered provider handling participant information, a personal Gmail account raises a privacy question that undercuts the rest of a credible site.
Each item traces back to something in the list above. There is nothing in here that we did not find a reason for.
Descriptive alt text on every image, corrected heading structure with one H1, the scam alert converted to a proper alert region, contrast checked, keyboard navigation and visible focus states throughout.
Home, services, our approach, referrals, FAQ and contact, keeping what already works on your site.
“Competant” fixed, a real meta description written, Open Graph tags with a 1200x630 preview image, copyright updated.
The Gmail address retired, mail moved to your own domain, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up so spoofed emails claiming to be you get rejected.
The domain authentication above, plus verified contact channels published in one authoritative place, a scam awareness post for your profile, and a process for reporting fake listings.
Description, categories, services, full language attributes to evidence culturally competent care, a photo shoot list and a review process aimed at moving you off one review.
Fixed price. Not hourly, and not a monthly commitment you have to sign up to before you have seen anything.
