Bilingual NDIS Support Coordination, Springvale
We looked at accessco.com.au on 16 September and rebuilt your homepage, including a working bilingual contact page.
See the rebuilt homepage →Every item below was checked against your live site on 16 September 2026, using both a direct fetch and a real browser. Nothing here is an estimate.
We loaded it in a real browser. Zero forms, zero input fields, zero phone links, zero email links, and no phone number or email address in the page text. The heading on the page is “JOIN US TODAY!”, which is recruitment copy. Anyone who reaches your contact page and wants to enquire cannot.
Not on the website, not on your Google profile, not in the NDIS directories we checked. The only way to reach Accessco that we could find is the phone number on your Google listing.
That is the entire title. It is the blue link in every Google result. There is no meta description at all, so Google invents one from whatever text it finds.
It reads “Accessco disability support services (NDIS 支持协调员服務)”. Google prohibits keyword stuffing in business names and it is grounds for suspension. The Chinese also mixes simplified and traditional characters and the brackets do not match, which is a poor first impression for the audience you are targeting.
Your Chinese URLs are percent-encoded, so /support-coordination-%E6%94%AF%E6%8F%B4%E7%B5%B1%E7%B1%8C is what someone pastes into a message. There is no hreflang markup, English and Chinese pages compete as duplicates, and a page called beta-home-page is live in your public navigation.
Each item traces back to something in the list above. There is nothing in here that we did not find a reason for.
Phone, email and address as tappable links, plus an enquiry form with a language preference field, routed so enquiries reach someone who speaks the right language.
enquiries@accessco.com.au or similar, configured on your domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and published on the site and the profile.
Clean readable URLs under /zh/, correct hreflang markup, canonical tags, and the beta page removed from the navigation. English and Chinese stop competing with each other.
Starting with the homepage, which is currently titled “Home”.
Your address, phone, service area and the languages you work in, marked up so a search for Cantonese-speaking support coordination in Springvale can actually find you.
The business name corrected to remove the suspension risk, plus description, categories, services listed with the language services as their own line items, attributes, and a review process run in your participants' own language.
